Look at Heavy’s expression as Medic happily chats with him, and tell me he isn’t head over heels in love with Medic.
And this is after Medic talks to him about a guy losing his entire skeleton thanks to an unscrupulous doctor. With his chest opened and HIS HEART IN MEDIC’S HAND.
Look at those gorgeous babies. LOOK AT THEM. Look how perfect they are together. LOOK. It hurts how much I love these two. ♥

Additional commentary: If I were in Heavy’s place and my entire torso was split open and exposed like that, I’d be screaming my head off and begging Medic to put my heart back where it belonged and sew me back up before I kicked the bucket.
But Heavy, oh no, Heavy not only does not give a damn, he’s got the sappiest, lovesick expression I’ve ever seen on a 3D game character and it’s saying, “Vithout heart, I vould be dead if I move avay from healing beam. But most handsome Doktor is speaking to me. Me, of all people in the vorld, and he has my heart in his hand. Vhere it belongs.”
And let’s not forget that Medic’s taking his sweet time telling Heavy stories of his past while a battle’s still going on. These two guys are so into each other, nothing else outside of their personal space matters unless they can go out and fight it together.
And they did.
